5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfers during banking hours (typically Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB) are processed instantly and credited to your account within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours may be subject to longer processing times, typically completed within 24 hours. 5.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You may only deposit funds from payment methods owned by you and registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals) are strictly prohibited. If we detect a third-party deposit, we reserve the right to reverse the deposit, close your account, and forfeit any associated winnings. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account before closure is finalized. Any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
